Open the app and point your camera at the product's barcode. Sift will automatically detect and analyse the product. You can also search by typing a product name, or upload an image of the product.

Sift uses automated mechanisms to analyse publicly available information about products, including user reviews, ingredient data, and expert opinions from across the internet. Scores are opinion-based and informational, they should not be treated as factual guarantees or professional advice.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow the steps for the relevant purchase.

You can delete your account from within the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, email us at info@sift-scanner.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Deletion is permanent — all data will be removed within 30 days.

Absolutely. Email us at info@sift-scanner.com with the product name and your concern. We review all reports and may update the analysis. Scores are generated with algorithms and may sometimes be inaccurate.

Sift is available on iPhone running iOS 17 or later. An internet connection is required for product scanning and analysis.
